Here's one of my favourite recipes that's quick, easy, filling and most importantly full of bananary goodness!
I always end up with bananas turning brown in the fruit bowl and I hate waste! My go to recipe when this happens is this simple one from BBC Good Food and the best thing about it is it takes less than an hour from start to finish! And if you have any left overs (doubtful I know!) it can be frozen.
